Something exciting is happening ...

It’s hard to believe it’s been 18 months since our very first Young Drama session back in April 2024.

From the very beginning, Young Drama has been part of the National Performing Academy — created to give young people a place to fall in love with performing and open up new opportunities for those who dream of being on stage.

Since then, we’ve staged some wonderful productions, run busy summer schools, launched both our Drama and Musical Theatre programmes, and we’ll be opening our own Talent Agency in January 2026 to help connect students with real industry opportunities — with more courses and training options planned for the future.

This rebrand is simply the next step in that journey. It brings everything we do together under one clear identity, helping us strengthen what we’ve built here in Cambridge and lay the groundwork to grow beyond it in the years ahead.

What matters most isn’t changing: the same classes, the same team, and the same sense of creativity, care, and community that make Young Drama Cambridge such a special place.
